Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jan-Philipp Reich, Spielbrink 5, 44339 Dortmund, Deutschland, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website (https://jpnote.de/en/cancel-contract/) via the “Withdraw from contract” button. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The Pro license is deactivated. Your data remains.

Special note for the subscription

If you requested that the subscription begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. If you withdraw, the subscription ends.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium expires once we have begun performing the contract, after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. On the purchase page you can give this consent. Pro is then activated immediately after payment. We confirm the consent in the purchase confirmation.
