How to earn points
You cannot buy points. You get them for telling others about JP Note, trying it out or making it better.

Share your link from the app. If someone buys JP Note through it, you get 100 points. Invited friends try it for 14 days instead of 7.

Eight small tasks to get to know JP Note, for example the tour, your first reminder or your first focus round.
- Quiz5 per answer
15 questions about JP Note in the web app, from day 14 with an account. Each question counts once.
- Anniversary50 a year
A thank you for the shop for every year with your account.
- Report a bug first50 to 150
Report a bug first and once we confirm it, you get points. The feedback page shows who was first.
- Subscription50 a month
From the second payment for every paid month, 600 at every renewal of the yearly plan.
Starter tasks, the quiz and anniversaries add up to at most 400 points a year. Referrals and reported bugs do not count towards this. More in the manual

How do I get points?
Share your link under Account → Recommend JP Note. If someone buys JP Note via your link, you get 100 points. Up to 50 purchases a year are rewarded.
Can I buy points?
No, that is not planned at the moment. Points are awarded for referrals that lead to a purchase.
I really want a particular design.
The quickest way is to invite people, a few purchases are enough for most designs. Buying points is not planned. In individual cases, support can help as a goodwill gesture or offer a design for purchase after talking to you.
What do I get when I buy Pro?
As a thank-you you pick a colour, a paper or something for your zen garden, without points. During promotions there are extra gifts. Kraft, Clear, Sage and Blank are already included in Pro.
What do I get if my plant is adopted?
If your submitted plant comes to the shop, you get it for free plus 10 % of its price as points. If several people submit the same or a very similar plant, everyone gets the plant for free, but no points.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Go to checkout on jpnote.de/en/buy and enter the code under “Add promotion code”. Pro then costs €0. Each code works once.
Do points expire?
No. Should we ever end the programme, your points stay redeemable for at least 12 months.
What happens after a refund?
If a purchase via your link is refunded, we deduct its points again. What you have already redeemed stays yours.
