    How to get the bug report

    The report is a small ZIP file with version, system, sync state, settings and the cleaned log. Notes, tasks, titles, passwords and email addresses are never included.

    1. Open settings
      Click your profile picture at the top right of the dock. Or type “bug report” into the settings search.
    2. “About JP Note” → “For support”
      Click Create next to “Create report”. The “For support” section in settings
    3. Attach the file here
      The file JP-Note-Fehlerbericht-….zip is in your Downloads folder, which opens by itself. Drag it into the form or click Add. Report in the app brings you straight here.
